If You Love PB&J: Try PB&J Oats
Updated: Feb 4, 2021
We love PB&J and try to recreate it in as many GF/DF versions possible!

Ingredients:
Organic steel cut oats*
Sunflower seed butter
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 cup water
1/2 -1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or maple syrup)
1 ingredient protein powder
coconut flakes
hemp seeds
Directions:
Add water and coconut milk to saucepan and bring to a boil
Add oats and boil for 5 minutes, then simmer until oats absorb liquid
If you are using protein powder, add that along with monk fruit sweetener (or maple syrup) once oats absorb the liquid
While the oats are boiling, microwave the frozen blueberries until soft
Pour oats into bow and add warmed blueberries
Add sunflower butter and coconut flakes
ENJOY!
Notes:
*Highly recommend organic oats
We recommend Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener (be careful as some people are sensitive to the ingredient Erythritol) or Just Monk, but if you are using this brand, a little goes a long way...so read the conversion chart (it is very potent!!)
If you are gluten free, make sure the oats state "Gluten Free" on the packaging
