Quinoa & Lentil Burrito

You have to give this fiber & protein packed burrito a shot!


  • 2 Organic Chicken Breasts (optional for added protein)

    • Seasoning: 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper

  • 2 Avocados

  • 1 c Black Lentils (cooked according to package)

  • 1 c Quinoa cooked in Bone Broth (best flavor)

  • 4 tbsp Dairy-Free Sour Cream (we use plain coconut yogurt)

  • 1/4 c Green Onion (optional)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (can sauteé in oil or leave raw, based on preference)

  • 4 Large tortillas (We use Gluten-Free)

  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Cut chicken into cubes, season and cook until tender

  2. Cook quinoa according to package (replace water with bone broth)

  3. Cook lentils according to package (once cooked, add 2 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper for flavor)

  4. Cut tomatoes & onion, set aside. Sauté pepper or leave raw.

  5. Mash avocados in a small bowl & add a dash of salt and pepper.

  6. Heat tortillas in pan

  7. Combine all ingredients in the tortilla and enjoy!
