Toast: But make it Gluten Free & add Avocado!

If you are as basic as we are, you'll love this quick & simple avocado toast!


  • Gluten Free Bread: our current favorite is Uprising Food bread for gut health (unless you are intolerant to almonds!) and is low carb (You can use the code "Jill&Jenna" for $12 off the starter bundle!!)

    • 1/2-1 Avocado

    • 1-2 Pasture Raised Eggs

    • Salt & Pepper on top


  1. Toast the bread

  2. Cook your eggs as desired

  3. Cut your avocado and mash in bowl & add salt and pepper

  4. Top avocado & egg on the bread
