Start Your Day With VEGGIES: The Ultimate Breakfast Bowl Recipe

MY GO-TO VEGGIE BREAKFAST BOWL
Takes approx. 15 mins from start to finish (depends on how fast you chop!)

Ingredients:
(As always: Amount per ingredient varies from person to person!)
1 c Organic Broccoli Slaw (Or Broccoli)
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/2 c Mushrooms (Optional)
1/4 c Yellow Onion
2-3 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Tomato (Optional)
Spices of choice: cardamom, paprika, S & P (whatever else you like!)
Directions:
Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to pan
Begin by cooking broccoli & onions until golden brown on medium heat
Add Bell pepper, mushrooms & spices and cover with pan with lid. Turn to low heat.
Use spatula to mix contents &
Make sure everything is cooked through then transfer to bowl
Add avocado, tomatoes, & hemp seeds & ENJOY
