Spicy Maple Brussels Sprouts

Perfect as a sweet & spicy side dish for dinner.


  • 1 bag of Brussels Sprouts

  • 1/3 c Pine Nuts

  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 Tbsp Tahini

  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha (hot sauce)

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in halves or fourths.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts and pine nuts to a large mixing bowl.

  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, tahini, olive oil & Sriracha. Mix until smooth. This will make the maple glaze.

  5. Add the maple glaze to the Brussels sprouts bowl & stir until glaze is spread evenly throughout.

  6. Add contents to a baking sheet and make sure they are spread out evenly. Top with desired amount of salt & pepper.

  7. Cook for 25 mins or until crispy!
