Salads Shouldn't Be Boring, So Try This Salmon Salad
Salmon is a great source of Omega 3 fats and Vitamin B: a recipe for good gut health!

Ingredients
2 c Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce
1/2 Tomato (sliced)
1/3 Cucumber (sliced)
1/2 c Sweet potato mash
Caesar Dressing (recipe in "Snacks")
2 Tbsp Hummus
Directions
Add romaine to the base of the bowl
Bake salmon (350°F for 12-15 mins)*
Cut cucumber & tomato, add to bowl
Microwave or bake sweet potato, & once cooked, add to
Add scoops of hummus
Top with Caesar dressing

This salad is a great using leftovers from the night before (Salmon and sweet potato for dinner)
