Pesto Pasta

Pesto and pasta are two words we always want to hear together. Of course, it's gluten and dairy free!

Serves 2


  • Gluten free noodles of choice (pictured are Lotus Foods)

  • Pesto (recipe located under "Snacks" tab)

  • 1/2 sliced Red Bell Pepper

  • 1/4 diced Onion

  • 1-2 c Broccoli

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive Oil


  1. Heat water in a pan to cook noodles (cook noodles according to package)

  2. In a separate stir fry pan, cook bell pepper & broccoli in olive oil on medium heat until tender (you may need to cover the pan with a lid to cook the broccoli through)

  3. Once noodles are cooked, strain and add them to the veggie pan

  4. Add 3-4 tbsp of pesto and use spatula to mix everything together

  5. Top with salt and pepper!
