Just Another Chili Recipe
Check out this high fiber chili to feed your gut microbiome!
Ingredients

1 pound Ground Turkey
1 1/2 c Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic
1 can Black Beans
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Paste
1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Optional: plain dairy free yogurt or dairy free sour cream!
Also optional: 1 tbsp fresh chives on top (see picture)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in instant pot or crock pot
Instant Pot: Choose the "Sauté" option and begin to cook with lid off until heated (8 mins). Switch to Slow Cook “More” option and let sit for 4 hours (stir after each hour). Keep dial on "Venting"
If you want to use a Crock Pot, add all contents to pot and cook on High for 4 hours
