Chocolate Smoothie (or should we say Milkshake?!)
This gut friendly smoothie is a great source of healthy carbs, fat and protein!

Ingredients
1/2 c canned coconut milk
1/2 c water
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
Ice to your liking
1 tsp Maca powder
1 Scoop Chocolate protein
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp hempseeds (topping)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until desired consistency
Top with hempseeds
