Chocolate Smoothie (or should we say Milkshake?!)

This gut friendly smoothie is a great source of healthy carbs, fat and protein!



Ingredients

  • 1/2 c canned coconut milk

  • 1/2 c water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

  • Ice to your liking

  • 1 tsp Maca powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp hempseeds (topping)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until desired consistency

  2. Top with hempseeds
